Since joining AAMC in 2006 as a Senior Assessor, Luke swiftly demonstrated both his commercial and leadership capabilities, progressing through several challenging and rewarding roles. Currently, as National Operations Manager and a key member of the Executive Team, Luke is best described as a thought leader with a passion for progression. Luke states, “In my view, optimising client experience is at the heart of what I do’”. To achieve this, Luke works strategically, proactively preparing AAMC to successfully meet its future challenges, embedding the people, processes, compliance and technology rigour required to consistently deliver industry-leading service to our valued clients.
